Lewis Roca Rothgerber LLP is pleased to announce that Paul Matteoni has been re-elected to the State Bar of Nevada’s Board of Governors, serving an additional two-year term. This is the second time district members have selected Matteoni to serve.
Matteoni and the Board of Governors are responsible for setting policy and procedures, determining legislative positions having to do with the administration of justice, overseeing financial matters for the bar, and admission discipline and admissions, among other administrative duties. He will also serve as the point of contact for legal concerns from members in his respective district. Matteoni will act as liaison for select practice sections of the State Bar.
Matteoni, a partner in Lewis and Roca’s Litigation Practice Group, concentrates his practice on banking/regulatory matters, construction law and litigation, business litigation and products liability defense. Recently, Nevada Business Magazine named him to the 2013 edition of Legal Elite in the “Northern Nevada Best” category.
