- Represented large business process outsourcing (BPO) service provider in transactions with Applications Support and Management (ASM) service providers in India in which two Indian companies were to provide ASM services.
- Represented major international venture capital firm in transaction with major international retailer (that operates stores directly and through franchisees) in their formation of a new, independent entity to (i) develop, design and operate the exclusive Internet presence and e-commerce site affiliated with the retailer, (ii) develop certain products and brands and (iii) create certain marketing and shoppers' affinity programs.
- Represented venture-backed digital rights management company in transaction with international software company in which digital rights management company obtained exclusive rights to develop, operate and distribute online the software company's proprietary software.
