Lewis Roca Rothgerber LLP is proud to announce that Adam DeVoe has joined the firm’s Government and Regulatory Affairs practice group as of counsel.
His practice is focused on environmental litigation and compliance, natural resources law and water rights. He represents private and public companies in air quality permitting and compliance, Clean Water Act permitting and compliance, Endangered Species Act issues, mineral rights development and permitting, water rights and allocation matters and federal and state administrative procedures.
DeVoe also represents clients on transactional matters including environmental due diligence, environmental permitting reviews and opinions and the purchase and sale of water rights.
In addition to serving on the board of the Institute for Environmental Solutions and the Charities Board for the Metro Denver Sports Commission, DeVoe is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, the Colorado Lawyers Committee and Metro Volunteers Lawyers.
He has a JD from the University of Colorado Law School and a BA from Purdue University.
