Ann Andrews practices both first-party and third-party insurance coverage and bad faith litigation in state and federal courts throughout the Southwest. She has extensive experience in life, health, and disability insurance, and has represented numerous major insurers in this field. She regularly counsels and defends carriers on both ERISA and non-ERISA matters, including institutional "pattern and practice" bad faith cases and rescission cases.

Aside from her insurance coverage practice, Ann has extensive experience in third-party tort litigation, including premises liability and products liability.

Ann is actively involved in DRI’s Life, Health, and Disability Committee.  She currently serves as Co-Editor of DRI’s ERISA Report.
