Lewis Roca Rothgerber LLP is proud to announce that L. Martin Nussbaum is one of only 330 attorneys in the nation to be named to the 2014 list of BTI Client Service All-Stars, BTI Consulting’s 13th annual survey of corporate counsel regarding legal client service.
No attorney can lobby to be added to the list, self-submit nominations or provide corporate counsel names to be interviewed. The only way to become a BTI Client Service All-Star is for corporate counsel to single out an attorney for a client service performance exceeding all others.
Nussbaum was nominated by a Fortune 1000 professional services organization.
He is co-chair of Lewis Roca Rothgerber’s religious institutions practice, and counsels clients in the areas of religious institutions law, labor & employment and litigation. He regularly represents churches, denominations, religious schools and other ministries, and currently serves as general counsel for religious institutions of a variety of faiths.
He also serves or has served as litigation counsel, First Amendment counsel, amicus counsel and consulting counsel in trial and appellate courts around the country, and is admitted to practice in 24 courts across the U.S.
Nussbaum has been ranked by Best Lawyers in America® since 2011, and was named the 2014 Denver "Lawyer of the Year" in Non-Profit/Charities Law. He has also been recognized by Colorado Super Lawyers® for Civil Rights/First Amendment law since 2006.
