Overview
Chad Caby's practice includes bankruptcy and restructuring including the representation of corporate creditors, debtors, and trustees in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings under all chapters of the Bankruptcy Code, as well as workouts and restructuring entities outside of court. Chad has represented debtors, creditors and Monitors in Chapter 15 cross-border insolvency cases filed in the District of Wyoming and Colorado. He also regularly represents banks, secured and unsecured creditors in general commercial and bankruptcy litigation.

Clients also benefit from his successful track record in representing financial institutions, banks, receivers, bankruptcy trustees, creditors’ committees and both secured and unsecured creditors.
