In an effort to significantly reduce the cost of litigation and increase access to justice, the Colorado Supreme Court has led a nationwide reform movement to develop new pretrial and discovery rules for Colorado state courts. These new ?rules, which went into effect on July 1, promise to rein in discovery and tackle delays in order to make litigation much more focused on the guideline principle of securing “the just, speedy, and inexpensive determination of every action.”
Ed Gleason, as one of LRR’s most experienced litigators, will explain the new rules and how they could affect your organization if you are involved in a lawsuit. Join us for a lively conversation regarding the court system and the reforms that are being made.
