Will social gaming, fantasy sports and sweepstakes operations leap past casino Internet gaming in breadth and scope and trigger another “Black Friday?”

"Intrastate Internet Gaming vs. Federal Internet Gaming Legislation"
With the gaming industry powers divided on the legalization of Internet gaming at the federal level, Congressional action is at a standstill. Will the states continue to dominate and dictate the expansion of Internet gaming in the United States? Will Congress ever legalize casino style interstate Internet gaming in our lifetime? With the expansion of social gaming and fantasy sports, is this even a relevant question?

"Taxation, Accounting and Audits: State Efforts to Expand Revenues"
This two hour presentation is geared to fulfill the legal ethics continuing education requirements of state bar associations, including the Nevada Bar Association. The panel will discuss a variety of factual situations and address the ethical obligations of legal counsel in each situation. This session usually generates an active dialogue amongst the participants.
