A. Schorr is a partner in Lewis and Roca’s Real Estate group, practicing in the Tucson office. He concentrates his practice primarily in the real estate and general business areas, representing sellers and buyers, lenders and borrowers, landlords and tenants, and others in a wide variety of real estate and business transactions.
S. L. Schorr is a partner in Lewis and Roca’s Tucson office, practicing in the areas of real estate, corporate and general business law. He is certified by the Arizona State Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in real estate law. Mr. Schorr has been involved in many major land use cases in Arizona.
Smith is of counsel in Lewis and Roca’s Finance and Bankruptcy group. He has extensive experience in the areas of bankruptcy, commercial litigation and secured transactions.
