Lewis Roca Rothgerber is pleased to announce that Richard N. Goldsmith was invited by the Phoenix Art Museum to serve another 3-year term as a member of the museum’s Board of Directors. Goldsmith has served on the Board since 1997.
Goldsmith, a partner in the firm’s Business Section, focuses his practice on lending, equipment leasing and sales, general contract drafting and alternative dispute resolution. He has extensive experience in Articles 2 and 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, commercial lending and leasing, loan documentation and mediating commercial and other disputes. In the 2008-2013 editions of The Best Lawyers in America, Goldsmith was listed in the category of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
The Board of Directors for the Phoenix Art Museum is the elected governing body for the museum and has guided the museum’s operations since 1959. Elected members of the board represent the civic and business leadership within the community. Lewis Roca Rothgerber lawyers have been actively involved in museum governance since its founding, beginning with Orme Lewis — still one of the museum’s largest benefactors.
