Lewis Roca Rothgerber Partner Mark Davidson Appointed Chairman of the Board for the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts

Lewis Roca Rothgerber LLP proudly announces that Mark Davidson has been appointed chairman of the board of directors for the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts (CBCA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with the mission to advance Colorado’s creative economy by connecting business and the arts.

Davidson joined CBCA’s board of directors in 2010 after graduating from CBCA’s signature Leadership Arts program. He has served on the executive committee since 2012 and the nominating committee since 2013. Lewis Roca Rothgerber is also proud to support CBCA as a member organization.

Davidson has more than 30 years of experience practicing in public utilities law, during which time he has participated in numerous significant electric utility rate, resource planning, transmission siting and cost recovery cases in Colorado. He also represents solar and wind energy service providers at the forefront of the energy economy both in Colorado and across the nation.

He has represented virtually all facets of utility regulation including utilities, their customers and the agency that regulates them, and has practiced before regulatory agencies in Colorado, Louisiana, New Mexico, Washington and Wyoming.

In addition to his work with CBCA, Davidson is on the board of trustees for Historic Denver, Inc. and serves on its executive committee. He is also president of the Colorado Arts & Crafts Society.
