Matthew Park is an "AV/Preeminent" (Martindale-Hubbell) rated attorney in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. He is featured in the 2013-2017 editions of Mountain States Super Lawyers and was recognized among Nevada Business Magazine's 2015-2017 Legal Elite in the "Southern Nevada Best" category. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in both Nevada and New Mexico.

Matt’s practice includes representing a broad spectrum of business clients in contract/commercial business disputes, personal injury claims, product defect allegations, education law claims, and employment disputes. He regularly appears in both state and federal court and routinely facilitates settlement negotiations. Matt is also passionate about giving back to the community - he was recently recognized for his commitment to pro bono service as a 100 Hour Club contributor at the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada’s annual awards luncheon.

While in law school, Matt was a three year scholarship recipient and the Managing Editor of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice. He also completed a dual degree, earning his M.A. in Communication Law and Public Policy from the prestigious USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. Following law school, he was selected for a highly competitive law clerkship with Justice James M. Johnson at the Washington State Supreme Court.

Matt takes a proactive approach to counseling business clients by affirmatively seeking to reduce exposure and potential risk.
