Traci Riccitello is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group. She focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on retail and commercial leasing.
Traci’s real estate practice includes leasing transactions, land acquisition and disposition, title matters, and drafting restrictive covenants and easements. She has represented clients on both sides of the real estate transaction and in a variety of industries, including large corporations and small business owners, landlords and tenants, buyers and sellers, retailers and commercial developers. This broad range of experience allows her to provide well-rounded legal counsel that reflects an understanding of the objectives from all perspectives. She works practically and efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with her clients and counterparts.
Traci is also committed to her community. She serves as board president for Tu Nidito Children and Family Services, a local non-profit that provides grief support to children, and as a School Council representative, assisting with school policy. She teaches contract drafting at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. When not practicing law, she enjoys running and is learning how to play the piano.
