Join us for a webinar to learn more about how the new CARES Act affects nonprofits.
The Legislature has enacted several relief bills for businesses adversely affected by the COVID-19 crises. The CARES Act specifically has relief for nonprofit organizations. This program will describe which nonprofit organizations are eligible for which type of relief, tips for requesting the relief, and other important aspects of The CARES Act. The program will also discuss what actions Boards should be taking right now, and legal considerations for online charitable solicitations.
