Lewis Roca Rothgerber is pleased to announce that Chad Caby has been elected the 2014 President of the Faculty of Federal Advocates (FFA). The appointment is effective immediately, and Caby will serve a one-year term with the FFA. Caby, a partner in Lewis Roca Rothgerber’s Bankruptcy Practice Group, focuses his practice on representing secured and unsecured creditors, corporate debtors, and trustees in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. Caby also provides advice regarding workouts and restructuring entities. He received his J.D. from Capital University Law School and has served on the FFA board since 2010.
ABOUT THE FACULTY OF FEDERAL ADVOCATES
The FFA was formed in 1997 after then Chief Judge Richard Matsch appointed a task force to carry out recommendations resulting from the 1994 Civil Justice Reform Act. Today the FFA has more than 860 attorneys dedicated to improving the quality of legal practice in U.S. District Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.
