Benjamin Hudgens is an associate in the firm's Litigation practice group. Mr. Hudgens represents businesses and individuals in a wide range of complex commercial litigation, including white collar investigations, contract disputes, class actions, insurance coverage and bad faith actions, employment matters, and other complex matters.

Mr. Hudgens has experience overseeing civil litigation at all stages including conducting discovery, taking depositions, and drafting motions. He has argued in federal and state court and has participated in jury and bench trials. He also has experience in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.

Mr. Hudgens received his J.D. from the University of Chicago, where he graduated with honors. While in law school, he was a semifinalist in the Hinton Moot Court competition and served on the University of Chicago Law Review.

Prior to joining Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie, Mr. Hudgens served as a law clerk to the Honorable Philip J. Brimmer at the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
