Christy Hubbard is an Of Counsel in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group. Her practice focuses on complex copyright, trademark and rights of publicity issues. Christy draws upon more than 15 years of experience advising, counseling and advocating for her clients in transactional and regulatory matters. She assists clients with marketing, false advertising, privacy law, employment law, contract negotiation and regulatory compliance.
Prior to rejoining Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie, where she served as a partner for 11 years, Christy acted as Senior Counsel of Privacy, Operations and Customer Experience for PetSmart for four years, handling matters ranging from PETA protests to animal safety.
Christy also taught English in the Ganado Unified School District, served as a law clerk for the DNA-People’s Legal Services, Inc. and held the role of managing editor of the Indiana Daily Student.
