Cindy Schmidt is a commercial litigator who helps clients resolve disputes.  With experience working on local, regional and national matters, she works closely with clients to understand their priorities and develop strategies tailored to their needs.  Whether through negotiation, mediation or litigation, Cindy champions for clients in controversies arising from a wide variety of subjects, including contracts, sales transactions, independent contractor and employee agreements, torts, insurance, land disputes and easements, property damage, wrongful death and recognition of foreign-country money judgments.
