Today, the firm has ten lawyers dedicated to the commercial gaming practice, representing clients in Nevada, Colorado and elsewhere. We represent casinos, manufacturers, distributors, institutional investors, financial institutions, vendors and individuals in commercial gaming jurisdictions. The firm assists our commercial gaming clients with licensing, financing, transaction and corporate matters.
