Daniel Thiel is a litigator with extensive experience representing clients, in all phases of litigation, in state and federal courts across the United States. Through his practice, Daniel has represented insurers in coverage actions involving stranger-originated life insurance policies (STOLI), as well as clients involved in software licensing disputes. He also has considerable experience litigating antitrust cases, particularly “pay for delay” litigation involving brand and generic pharmaceutical companies. Additional areas of litigation experience include toxic tort, telecommunications, product liability and trade secret disputes.

Daniel has also dedicated his time to pro bono representation. He has represented a Vietnam veteran in pursuit of VA pension benefits and has also assisted an inmate in a parole revocation matter.
