David Jackson is an associate in Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie's Intellectual Property group. His practice focuses on trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement. He counsels clients of all sizes, from small startups to multinational corporations, on the selection, clearance, and prosecution of trademarks in the United States and abroad. He also assists in the management of clients' global trademark portfolios, including a multi-billion dollar tool manufacturer with a worldwide trademark portfolio of over 800 marks.
