David Zamora is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property group. David’s practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution, post-grant matters before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, intellectual property due diligence, and patent portfolio management.

David completed a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering, with minors in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Economics from the University of Arizona and was the Outstanding Senior for his graduating Computer Engineering class. He has engineering experience from his time spent at IBM’s storage division and Honeywell Aerospace. His areas of technical expertise include computer software, semiconductors, display devices, memory and storage, digital health monitoring, networking, and avionics systems.

Prior to joining the firm, David served as an Intellectual Property Manager and Counsel for a Fortune 500 company where he helped build and manage an international patent portfolio for two research labs.
