Diane Hazel is a partner in the firm's Litigation Practice Group and represents businesses in government investigations and complex commercial litigation, including class actions, contractual disputes, insurance coverage and bad faith actions, securities, RICO, and other complex matters.  Diane has experience in antitrust litigation and counseling, and has represented clients in litigation and before the Federal Trade Commission and U.S. Department of Justice on a range of antitrust issues, including market allocation, price fixing, group boycotts, reverse payments, product hopping, MFNs, refusals to deal, bundling, and joint ventures.

Prior to joining the firm, Diane was with Hunton & Williams in Washington, DC. Before private practice, she was an attorney in the Bureau of Competition at the Federal Trade Commission, where she investigated and prosecuted antitrust issues in the health care and pharmaceutical industries.
