Receiving a charge of discrimination from the EEOC or ACRD can strike fear and panic in the heart of even the most seasoned HR professional. When these government agencies come knocking at your door asking for information, having an efficient and effective strategy for responding to them can have a huge impact on your company’s bottom line. This session will provide tips and insights from a former “insider” at the ACRD, and from a seasoned employment litigator, that will help you formulate a position statement and responses to requests for information that can help stave off additional inquiries, avoid “cause” findings and, if necessary, sow the seeds for either a successful early resolution or successful defenses in litigation.
