Frances is an associate in Lewis Roca’s litigation practice group. She represents individual and institutional clients in a wide range of commercial litigation involving contract disputes, business torts, antitrust, securities, real estate, construction, bankruptcy, insurance coverage and bad faith, and other complex matters. Frances has considerable experience litigating before state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels, as well as representing broker-dealers and registered investment advisors before FINRA.

Frances is collaborative, solution-oriented, and a skilled advocate on paper and in-person. Whether in the conference room or the courtroom, Frances confronts her clients’ challenges with a calm, can-do attitude. Clients and colleagues alike value Frances’ ability to analyze and master the issues that are typically left to the purview of an expert, as well as her commitment to identifying and implementing creative strategies at all phases of civil litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Frances served as a Judicial Intern for Justice Monica M. Márquez of the Colorado Supreme Court. She also clerked in private law practices prior to and throughout her law school career.

Frances is an avid traveler, concert-goer, and golfer. She enjoys frequent ski and camping trips to the mountains, exploring Denver’s culinary scene, and spending time with her family and friends.
