Jay Strandjord is a litigator who has experience drafting motions, appellate briefs and researching legal issues for a variety of cases. From his time serving as an intern for the U.S. Department of Justice, Jay also has experience dealing with constitutional challenges regarding due process and religious rights.

Prior to joining the firm, Jay served as an Appellate Law Clerk to the Honorable Carlos A. Samour, Jr. of the Colorado Supreme Court, where he drafted opinions and wrote memos on certiorari petitions. Before that, he served as an Appellate Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert D. Hawthorne of the Colorado Court of Appeals where he drafted over 50 opinions on cases ranging from contract disputes to real estate matters.
