Kyle Swartz is an associate in the firm’s Business Transactions practice and represents clients in a variety of corporate and real estate transactions and other business matters. Kyle’s experience includes:

  • Negotiating, drafting and reviewing commercial real estate agreements, including commercial real estate purchase, sale and leasing agreements and closing documents
  • Conducting title review and investigating title issues in connection with real estate acquisitions and depositions
  • Negotiation and drafting of business formation and entity documents, shareholder agreements, employment agreements, private offering and subscription agreements
  • Working with commercial lenders, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD in connection with negotiating loan agreements

Prior to joining the firm, Kyle interned for the Honorable Daniel P. Collins, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Arizona and held a position at the Federal Low Income Tax Clinic, negotiating installment agreements with the IRS to reduce clients’ tax liability.

Kyle’s recreational interests include tennis, golf and skiing.
