Lindsey Schneidman is an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property group. Lindsey has valuable experience in the following areas:

  • Writing memos concerning the use of unlicensed fine art images under the copyright fair use doctrine.
  • Researching potential causes of action in contract and tort for art that has been deemed inauthentic by an auction house.

Lindsey received her LL.M. from the University of Cambridge Faculty of Law, where her thesis, "The Problem of Purpose: The Judicial Quandry of Identifying Meaning in Appropriation Art," garnered the highest single mark of the year.
