Daniel Crane's practice focuses on general commercial litigation with an emphasis in business acquisition disputes, partnership disputes, and intellectual property litigation. He has represented financial institutions and cutting-edge technology companies, as well as real property developers, general contractors, and subcontractors. Dan has experience handling all aspects of litigation—from inception through trial and post-trial work, representing clients in both state and federal courts across the nation and also in international arbitrations.

Outside of the office, Dan is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys running and triathlons. He has participated in multiple races including the Boston Marathon, Patagonman Xtreme Triathlon, and Ironman Arizona. When not racing or doing some outdoor adventure, Dan likes to spend time with his wife and daughter.

Pro Bono

Dan regularly represents clients in pro bono matters focusing on international child abductions cases filed pursuant to the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction as well as a variety of other matters.

  • Represented an industry-leading developer of aerospace technology in a complex business dispute regarding nondisclosure agreements related to intellectual property and confidential information rights.
  • Represented fortune 500 companies in all manner of breach of contract, tort, and complex statutory claims cases ranging from Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act to the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
