Silicon Valley Partner Stuart Bartow Admitted as Solicitor in England and Wales

MENLO PARK, - On November 1, 2017, Stuart Bartow, a partner in the Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie’s Intellectual Property practice group, and co-managing partner of the Silicon Valley office, was admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. Bartow represents clients from around the globe in intellectual property matters, with an emphasis on patent and trade secret disputes concerning high technology.

“This credential expands my ability to serve clients in their intellectual property and privacy matters on a global basis, including in England and Wales, in various international dispute resolution venues around the world, and hopefully soon enough in the planned Unified Patent Court in Europe,” said Bartow.

Bartow, who joined the firm in June of this year, has handled major patent litigation and intellectual property matters before the U.S. federal courts, the PTO, the ITC, and other tribunals. He holds two bachelor of science degrees from the University of Maryland, a master of science degree from Columbia University, and a law degree from Georgetown.
