Josh has served as lead counsel for numerous multi-million dollar cases before state and federal courts, and on public bid protests before local, state, and federal agencies.
“I’m thrilled to be rejoining the firm, and I’m excited about serving clients from within this diverse and talented litigation practice group,” said Grabel. “Since its 2013 merger with the Rothgerber firm, the newly constituted Lewis Roca Rothgerber has heightened its visibility regionally and nationally, creating more opportunity to serve great clients—and with the right mix of people, to do it well.”
