Tyler Carrell is Of Counsel in the firm’s Business Transactions group. His practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate transactions, commercial finance and general corporate law. Tyler has significant experience in representing real estate developers, lenders, non-profit organizations and borrowers in corporate real estate matters, including the acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of retail, office, residential and mixed-use developments.

Tyler also represents financial institutions in a variety of commercial finance transactions including real estate and asset-based, equipment and warehouse lending. Tyler has assisted those same clients in the enforcement of loan agreements, real estate leases, contracts, real estate purchase agreements, commercial contract guarantees, and deficiency and loan default actions. All of Tyler’s legal services are focused on meeting clients’ needs with effective and cost-efficient strategies.

Prior to joining Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie, Tyler was an associate at three Phoenix law firms where he provided versatile, efficient representation in a variety of legal matters. Tyler was a legal intern at the Arizona Governor’s Office of General Counsel and clerked at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. Prior to law school, Tyler worked at the Arizona State Senate.
