PHOENIX – Craig Phillips, a partner in the Litigation practice group at Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie LLP, has been invited to join the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.
The CLM Alliance is a nonpartisan alliance that promotes and furthers the highest standards of claims and litigation management, and brings together thought leaders in both industries.
Phillips represents clients in litigation matters and also frequently serves as a mediator. He has 34 years of experience as a trial lawyer, and has practiced in both state and federal courts representing clients in mass tort and class actions.
His mediation experience includes medical malpractice, bad faith, coverage, product liability, negligence, premises liability, personal injury and property damage claims.
